2. Data we collect

• Reservation data: name, phone, email, pick-up and return dates and locations, vehicle class.
• Contract data: driving licence details, identity document number, deposit and payment records.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser data, cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and basis

We process data to prepare and perform the rental agreement (Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV of 16 January 2003), to meet accounting and consumer-law duties, and — with your informed consent — for non-essential cookies and advertising. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Advertising

Commercial messages are identifiable as advertising and are sent only with consent, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'.

5. Sharing and retention

Data is shared only with insurers, payment providers and IT processors bound by confidentiality, or with authorities where the law requires it. Records are kept for the statutory period and then deleted.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent, by writing to contact@zolvxarix.com. We reply within the periods set by Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection'.

7. Complaints

Under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' you may complain to us first, then to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or the courts.
