Mileage is 200 km per rental day on every compact class. Unused kilometres do not carry over, and excess distance costs UAH 8 to UAH 10 per km depending on the category. A deposit hold of UAH 8,000 to UAH 12,000 is blocked on the card in the renter's name and released after return.
Policy 03
Every rental day includes 200 km. Unused mileage does not carry over to the next day or to a later booking.
Excess distance is calculated at return from the odometer reading and added to the final invoice. Fuel level is checked with you at pickup and return.
The included allowance applies per rental day, not per calendar date. A one-day rental includes 200 km. A three-day rental includes 600 km. Unused kilometres expire at the end of the rental and cannot be transferred.
Excess mileage is charged at UAH 8 per km for compact vehicles and UAH 10 per km for estate and SUV vehicles. Charges are shown before you confirm a reservation.
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank and must be returned at the same level. If fuel is lower at return, the missing fuel is charged at the station price on the return receipt plus a refuelling service fee stated in your email confirmation.
