Terms of Service

These Terms govern rentals booked on zolvxarix.com. Provider details appear in the footer.

1. Eligibility and booking

Renters must be 21+, hold a licence for one year, and show a passport/ID and a card in their name. A booking is an offer; the agreement forms when we confirm and accept it. Terms, mileage, deposit and cancellation terms appear before confirmation (Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV of 16 January 2003; Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce').

2. Price, deposit, mileage, fuel

The price includes the base rate, mandatory fees and taxes; extras are itemised before payment. A refundable deposit is blocked on your card and released within 10 business days after return, less damage, fuel, mileage or fine deductions. Mileage allowance and excess rate per km are in each booking; fuel must be returned at the stated level (Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights').

3. Insurance and excess

Third-party liability and collision cover apply with the excess in the booking summary. Prohibited use, driving under the influence, unauthorised drivers or unreported accidents may void cover and make you liable for the full loss.

4. Cancellation, late return, cross-border

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up; later cancellations cost 50%, no-shows the first day. Late return is charged hourly; over 3 hours may count as an extra day. Cross-border use needs prior written consent; unauthorised use voids insurance.

5. Liability, complaints, data, advertising

We are liable for direct losses caused by our breach. Complain to contact@zolvxarix.com or +380 672 857 1199; we reply within 10 business days.
